Estou com o mesmo problema, comprei o AVG Secure VPN, aparece na minha conta, porem, informa que não tenho a licença e não consigo ativa-lo.

I'm an old guy trying to install some tecnical whizz on my Windows 10 operated laptop.
I hate its user interface.
Now I would like to get ci contact with my protection-provider, AVG. because somehow the AVG Secure VPN that I bought, apparently is not yet functioning.
Surely they have a custumer support???
How can I contact them???
My AVG MuAccount shows me to be located in marihuane-hazed Amsterdam, But actually I'm based in sinful Copenhagen. It ain´t the same - like NewYork is Toronto (not). But it cant be corrected???

Please be informed that this product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase. If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:
Open AVG management console (click Start - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Log in to existing account.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Log in.
AVG will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.
