How to install AVG Tuneup with Zen

I purchased my AVG Tune up and now it won't load because of ZEN.  How do I get around Zen.  Zen won't uninstall.  I've never had this issue before

AVG TuneUp Unlimited you have purchased will get downloaded along with AVG Zen interface.

We cannot uninstall AVG Zen alone as it comes with the installation of AVG TuneUp Unlimited.

If you do not want this program you can get refund for the same and purchase standalone AVG PC TuneUp which can be installed without Zen dashboard.
