Hello - had initial product on laptop. Then a free system failed to load.  Now have two year licence but keeps on saying free system hasn't loaded and complete that but can't find it???

Hello David, as per our record you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security and not for AVG Antivirus. AVG antivirus doesn't have firewall component in it only AVG Internet Security has Firewall component in it. To install the AVG Internet Security program please follow the instructions mentioned below:

1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
