Hi Mitr K,

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the AVG Free Product.
Download the AVG Removal Tool and run it to uninstall the current AVG Product
And reinstall it.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have recently installed AVG Antivirus Free Edition and having some problem. When AVG symbol (notification area) is double clicked, a window opens which states : "There are no active components".
Computer Web Identity Email and Firewall all display exclaimatory mark with red/orange color with "Unknown" remark below it. When 'Options' is clicked it displays so many options confusing new user where to start with.
I tried to start with 'Register…' but for hour together it displays "Loading" without any realtime animation confirming any real loading.
Thereafter I tried "Activate" option it displayed lately Licence no. # 4UNP2-9KIKJ-VUQU2-A4FLN-QDSPM-J 
After clicking "Activate" window disappeared and couldn't confirm the whether activation process has started/completed or not. 
Thereafter I clicked "My Account" which opened link in the browser, where I submitted my email id  & registered  hoping  that incomplete Computer, Web, Identity, Email & Firewall options would update themselves and would start functioning, but of no use.
Now I request you to guide me step by step to get AVG Free edition start functioning.
A quick, brief and upto the point  reply is expected from you to my email id.

Hello Mr. Varun,
I forgot to mention that I installed AVG free edition through a setup file, offline. Still do you suggest advice me to uninstall it? I plan to run 2 or more free AV simultaneously. Is it possible with AVG free edition without any conflicts? Please inform.
