I upload pictures to store on Smugmug.com, It has now become extremely slow and will stop after 12 pictures. No errors just stalls. (I believe it started after the last update, but could have been earlier, just had not done a large upload recently). I can disable the Web Browsing portion of AVG and I go back to my normal slow but continuous upload. All Pictures will upload… I tried an exception for Smugmug in AVG but that did not seem to help. So I wanted to try adding it into the trusted site database, which seems to be an automatic thing. Or maybe I can delete the smugmug rule and let it re-create the rule. I tried a chat session, but he seemed more interested in gaining access to my computer than he did providing information and we did open a session. then he was wanting the admin logon & passwords. I had zero comfort level and I terminated the session, and after about a half hour and the only thing I got was a copy directly from the help screen on adding the exception which I had already done before the chat session started I terminated the chat session.
