How to open notifications with locked file Thanks

Sorry kishore it's just every time after I do my whole computer scan I get these notification's over 500 and when I check the detail they are locked file's and for the life off me I can not figure out how to unlock them so they can be scaned so hopeing I can get help to sort out Thanks
