How to PERMANANTLY Bypass FAlse-Positive URL:Mal?

Hello Balmydrizzle,
I really appreciate your effort. May I know the website/url you have added to the AVG exception list?
Regards,
Alok.

Don't if this is a bug but I get a way to make the exception work. After you add exception, disable then enable the switch to protecting web page, The exceptions seem to work in effect now.

Hi Damian,

I understand this must be upsetting.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any previous emails regarding the issue. I suggest you keep the URL added to exceptions and also Submit the URL for Whitelisting. Here is an article to add it to exceptions: How to make exclusions from all scans and shields. Please submit URL here: The AVG Whitelisting Service

I have a SHopify online store. AVG constantly blocks my site, claiming it is infected with URL:Mal. I have emailed AVG about this issue. I received no reply. I also added my webpage URL to "Exceptions", several times. I cleared Cookies. AVG allows acces to my site…for a while but then after couple fo hours is reports the false positive again.
How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Damian,

I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix the issue.

Please Submit the URL for Whitelisting and our Concerned Team will look into it.

Akash,
As I explicity stated in my original post. I have ALREADY added URL to exceptions….Several Times. This has not solved the problem as AVG CONTINUES to return a False Positive, evn though URL has been added to exceptions. And befor eyou ask…YEs I have cleared cookies and restarted browser…several times.
