We wish to know how can we prevent AVG from auto collect data or file to send for inspect?

Please be informed that AVG does not collect our customers’ data – this means we do not collect or analyze our customers’ files or collect data on what our customers are doing on their machines. Some AVG Products, like AVG CloudCare, are designed as end-point management products, and necessarily enable the business partner to collect information from their customer devices to deliver their business products and services to their customers. For our FREE products, AVG may collect certain data that does not identify you, called non-personal data, both to share insights publicly (like the AVG App Report) and privately to trusted third party partners. (Remember – this is anonymous, de-identified, non-personal data. AVG has never and will never sell personal data to third parties, including advertisers.) If you do not see an option to disable this sharing in the free AVG product you are using, it means data sharing is not active for that product.
