I received an email today offering AVG Tune-up for $31.50 for the first year instead of $69.99. I have a current subscription that doesn't expire until July of this year. Does this mean I can extend my current subscription for $31.50 or is it trying to get me to buy a SECOND subscription to the same program? There used to be a LIVE CHAT option on AVG but I can no longer find it.  Is there any way to contact a customer service rep?
