How to reach AVG support?

I need to get in contact with AVG support.

When I try to reach the support I end up here:

I log in to my account, but still I am not able to reach the final step “connect with us”.

You’ve no chance they are bunch of crooks-Ive been trying to change my payment method for 9 months

It’s impossible to mail, they redirect you to the same automatic loops. I wrote a letter that I wanted to stop a subscription that wasn’t listed in the subscriptions on my account. No answer but the payment was drawn from my credit card by Paypal. I tryed to email info@avg.nl but got a message that it wasn’t delivered.

A “bunch of crooks”? A big assertion, but, from my recent experience, I am beginning to wonder! I have subscribed to Password Protection for several years and paid my annual renewal as usual a couple of months ago. BUT, subscriptions charged to my credit card, no subscription confirmation, email from AVG asking why no subscription and asking for completely new subscription as if they had never heard from me (I subscribe to 5 of AVG products.

Now, when I try to contact them - nothing, even this SUPPORT says does not recognise my login password, but states this can be changed via their password change instructions emailed to my email address - Yes, zero email from AVG, I am still waiting.

AVG seems to be an automatic robot that provides zero real contact with human beings.

I intend to close all 5 of my AVG products.

There is no contact possible in my experience. Listed emailadresses don’t work, letter to contactadress is returned. The paymentcenter has technical problems for months so I have no insight. Furthermore, payments are collected automatically, and closing of a product (DriverUpdater) I don’t want is not possible because it isn’t listed in My account. No, not an beginning of service and communication. Pretty alarming.
