Hello David,
I will certainly help you with reinstalling AVG. Please follow the steps below to download and install AVG AntiVirus.

Click on this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe to download AVG Antivirus.
Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
Choose the 'Basic version' and follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Open AVG Anti Virus free, click on Menu and select 'About'.
On About page, click on 'Subscription' in the left pane.
Then click on 'Enter license number' to enter your new license number.
The program will update to paid version automatically.
You may have to reboot the PC once to finish the activation.

How to reactivate a 2 year anti-virus account started in 14/4/2016 that is only half way through and has gonr from my laptop

I can get as far as Subscription then get a page error sign. I have 7 months paid for and do not have the protection i have paid for so am really not happy with this service. What now ??
