I have sent the license information and the installation steps through email.
If the email is not present in the inbox, do check it on spam and junk folders once.
Please log into AVG my account and see whether you are able to license details on the "Order History" and let me know the status.

I just format my computer and i don't have licence key of avg…
I logged in my AVG account and unable to find any subscription of my AVG Internet Security…
I don't know what to do now? Please help

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I see that you have latest version of AVG Internet Security installed. Please follow the below steps to activate this product:
Open AVG Internet Security->Click on Menu->About->Subscription->Enter license number
You will get a new window to enter your license number, please enter the license number that is sent to your email and activate the product.

user interface is really very confunsing.. I already faced this problem at the time of installation

I am sorry but we did not receive the screenshot. Please share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of AVG interface you are looking at to assist you activate AVG successfully. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I see from the screenshot that you have signed into your AVG MyAccount. Please logout from your account in the subscription tab and then you can see an option to enter your license number. Enter your license number and check if the product gets activated to full paid version.
