I am sorry to hear this. If you have the latest AVG Internet Security 2017 version installed then the activation steps will be different from the previous version. We have made changes in the appearance and settings of AVG.
Please open the AVG Internet Security dashboard or AVG Antivirus free if it is installed, click on "Menu–>About–>Subscriptions"
You will have option to "Enter the license", click on it and enter the purchased license, click on enter license to activate the subscription.
To fix the AVG my account not showing your Internet Security subscription, please contact our sales support using this link: https://support.avg.com/support_sales_chat?l=en and provide the screenshot of the order history and my subscriptions page.
I have a new computer and downloaded AVG.
I have a two year sub. but cannot find where to enter my 'key'.
Also, the sub. record appears on my 'order history' but not on my 'subscription' page.
Only the 'Tune up' order appears.
