How to remove an anti track 30 day trial subscription?

I have foolishly accepted a 30 day anti track something subscription which i dont want. I ve have been trying to cancel the trial but am  not given any options accept to purchase which i don t want. I do not want it and want it removed. Could you please instruct me how to remove it> t

Unfortunately, you do not have an active subscription for AVG AntiTrack ( 30 day trial). Did you sign up for this trial by providing your payment information?
