How to remove AVG icon from C: drive

I trie running the AVG_Remover.exe twice. The icon is still there. I also tried running avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe. That did not work. Neither did AVGIDPUninstaller.exe. Is there anything else I can try?

There is an AVG icon on my C: drive preventing me from upgrading win 7 ultimate to win 10. Says drive is locked. I have uninstalled AVG free but cannot figure out how to remove the icon.
