How to remove credit card details on record with AVG
BUMP!
I have concluded the DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES cannot be trusted with my payments details, they appear to take whatever money they like and I'm not able to remove/update my payment details without having to contact support. I feel like I'm being held to ransom. Got charged £57.36 for a VPN back in January 2019 and an additional £18.99 for Internet security. Managed to get back to £57.36 but had to wait 7 days. was then billed another £19.99 two months later for Internet security again. A payment in October 2019 of £35.88 for VPN which I'm pretty sure was for two years, but then automatically billed £74.99 for the same VPN for 1 year. Now I can't even remove my payment details without contacting customer support. All the while I'm getting constant reminders that what I'm paying for is not enough and I need to download yet another add-on to be protected. Who in their right mind would continue to trust products from a company like this!!
