This answer is not good enough. Legally you are refusing to let me remove my account with credit card details from someone else’s device, where their account with a different email address shows my credit card details. AND I set up a case number and call 20 times with no response. I should have the right to control which devices my account covers. What are you going to do about this ongoing problem which has been raised with you for years with no resolution?

from my searches, i think this has been an ongoing request to AVG. Is there any recent development? i want to manage and remove old phones and PCs from my account so that i can install it to new ones.
If the device crashed and cannot be uninstalled manually or if the device was already reformated, what are my options to delete these devices from my device count.
