Sorry to know that. Have you tried to remove MegaBackup from the control panel? Does it appear in any particular browser or in all browsers? Have you tried to reset your browser and removed browser add-ons? Please share a screenshot of the pop up so that we can analyze it and help you better.

I've tried the Program Removal (windows 10) but it will not remove the program.
