We understand that you want to remove devices from My account. We'll certainly check and help you out.
Currently, there are no options to remove devices remotely.
Our license server has a new feature - LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days.
If devices does not use license, it will be removed automatically after 30 days. Your can activate the subscription in new devices, and the product should work correctly. The LUMP counter resets automatically after 30 days. Please be patient until the count reset.
