Hi there, I've also had this, I say had as I managed to remove it through various different means but it's gone.  It does however keep coming back.  Does AVG have any tools I could use to remove it?

My PC is affected by the malware "Qone". It changes the settings in Chrome and replaces AVG safe search with Qone. Home page also is replaced. AVG is unable to detect it

Unfortunately no security solution can provide with 100% detection rate.
