I have the problem as well it keeps popping up ive been trying to go to extensions but chrome wont work

I am getting the same problem. I am no longer able to use Google Chrome. Below is a screenshot of the error popup.

I switched on yesterday and found that Google chrome was crashed. I had an AVG banner asking e to click the balloon, but this does nothing. I have read all the instructions on sites on how to remove, ie open chrome, go to more tools, extensions etc. None of that can work because chrome will not open.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it comes back the same.
Please how do I get it back?
