After uninstalling and then re-installing AVG Free, I stall get the uninstall survey even though I answered all of the questions in the survey. I note that in my list of start up programs, I have the following:

cmd.exe /c start http://www.avg.com/ww.special-uninstallation-feedback-appf?lic=NF …

How do I get rid of that at startup?

Thank you for the screenshot. It seems that this web site is not closed properly and that is why it is being prompted at the startup. We suggest you to close this web page and then close the Mozilla web browser. Reopen the browser and check if you still see this AVG web page.
