David, For removal info have you 'googled' remove CTB-Locker?..
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

I have a virus on my computer that corrupted all of my word, excel, pdf files called CTB-Locker?  How can I remove the virus and decrypt all my files back to their original condition?
