Hello Malcolm,
We regret for the inconvenience. You can remove the adware manually from your computer. Please follow the below steps to remove that.
Go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the following comments to delete the folders.
1. Type “Temp” and press enter, remove all the files.
2. “%temp%” and remove all the files.
3. %programdata% - search for that file location and remove that if it is present the program data.
Also please open the C: driver -> program files (x86)- Windows32 and remove that file.
Thank you.
Thanks for the reply. Could you give me a litttle more detail please. Did Step 1 Ok. I then deleted all the Temp files except an AVG folder as still in use - probably the scan result. Where do I type steps 2 and 3. Also I've searched for Windows32 in "program files(x86) and it found about 20 odd but 2 are VPX files in AVG/Antivirus?? Should I delete these or all the files I found?
Many thanks
Malcolm
The above has been identified by my AVG scan but clicking resolve doesn't remove it. Help?

Malcolm,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns. You have to perform all the three steps in run command. Go to Run window (press windows key and R key simultaneously) and type the comments shown in steps 2 and 3.
Again, in run command, type " C: " without quotes and it will open a new window. Go to program files (x86) -> AVG and delete it. Thank you!
