When you run performance recording, AVG AntiVirus for Windows captures technical data relating to your system performance. After you submit the recording, we can analyze the captured data to verify if AVG AntiVirus for Windows is causing your issue.

Could you please confirm which AVG applications you have installed?
Did you try after disabling AVG applications?
