I decided to use  the full scan option on PC Tune up based on a yellow fix alert. After it finished, it asked me to resort Windows. Now when I enter my password for Windows to start, I get a blank screen with a blinking icon bar in the bottom. My Windows no longer starts up. Please assist!!
