How to revert to Ver 16

I, too am having probs with the Online Shield. Support are currently trying to find the problem. I've had to go back to the version prior to 17.5.3021, so I can have both modem ON & Online Shield ON. Both ON … gets BSOD.
Something is terribly WRONG with whatever update took place to the Online Shield!

If I decide Ver 17 causes me problems, how can I revert to Ver 16?

Thank you for reporting and I understand this must be upsetting. We are aware of the situation and our developers are diligently working on a fix. It should be available with the program updates in the near future.
