How to see *real* website cert issuers with AVG

I have AVG Ultimate.
I have installed AVG Internet Security
software version: 22.11.3261 (build 22.11.7716.759)
virus definition version: 221206-4
UI version: 1.0.689

I also have installed AVG AntiTrack
version: 3.3.654.558

I wanted to view the TLS certificate for a website, so I clicked the padlock in the browser and it told me that most sites' certificates are issued by the following:
Common Name (CN)        AVGAntiTrack 2
Organization (O)        AVG Technologies
Organizational Unit (OU)        Generated by AVG AntiTrack for SSL/TLS scanning

I wanted to see the real issuer for a certificate so I tried disabling (turning off) all AVG products installed on my computer, but the sites still show up as having their cert signed by AVG AntiTrack.

How can I see the real cert issuer? Is there a way to temporarily disable this feature so that I can see real issuer, and then turn it back on when I'm done? Do I need to manually delete the Root CA cert that AVG AntiTrack installed? If I do that, will AntiTrack re-install the Root CA cert when I'm done? Do I need to completely uninstall AntiTrack in order to see the real issuer?

On Monday, I was prompted to restart my computer by AVG security software; after the restart, Windows loaded normally, but I was unable to access my desktop or any other programs. Have access to the Task Manager and a restart option. https://phrazle.co
