My bank contacted me to say AVG have been taking out subscription charges of £49.00 for three years I was unaware and have not used it in fact I  recently subscribed again I am wondering how this was not flagged as they are both from the same email address and I am now paying for two subscriptions but trying to get to speak to a human at AVG is near impossible. How can I speak to someone as I am going around the mulberry bush trying to do it with the question boxes like this one.
