How to stop a website from opening a new tab on my computer at will

What you’re describing is might be because of browser cookies/extension. In this case, I request you to reset your browser and reboot your computer once.

Each time I open Google www.superstreetbike.com begins opening a new tab on my computer behind the tab I am on.  I slows down all functions, and keeps coming back no matter how many times I shut it down.  I did not knowingly request them to do this, and want it to cease.  Any attempt to contact their website to request this leads to a website with no "unsubscribe" function I can find.  How do I stop this from occurring?
