How to stop automatic extension of services?

I received the following:

We'll automatically extend your subscription for you on 7 July 2018. $49.99 (including TAX) will be charged to your credit or debit card ending in ************2277.

Subscription expires: 10 July 2018
Billing amount: $49.99

Please note: This email message was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming email. Please do not reply to this messsage."


I received this from my email inbox saying that my debit card will be charged automatically as it will automatically extend my subscription. I do not wish to continue extending my subscription but i can't find the way to cancel or stop this automatic extension of my subscription. Please let me know how? 

And also, i didn't register my debit card info with AVG, i am quite shocked that it has my debit card info
