We regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to let us know whether you have installed AVG paid or a free version on your system and also please check whether you have installed AVG 2015 version or 2016 version. Thank you.
The AVG identity protection service is gobbling up a lot of my CPU and memory. I tried setting it to disable, also temporarily stopped AVG service, but the memory usage does not drop. I have read the discussions on the AVG form, but when I sign in to ask a question, the forum page disappears. Windows services is not allowing me to stop this service, either.
