I have the feeling that I get automatically being charged for AVG. How can I end this?

Customers will be billed 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. Customers will also receive an email regarding the automatic extension of their AVG subscription, 45 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. We have cancelled the Auto Renewal for your AVG Subscriptions and sent you and Email with the confirmation.
