How to stop the app sending out warning messages?

นัท, Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your phone and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Dear Friends,­

I have installed your app on my android phone and it was gr­eat. Unfortunately, I have changed my te­lephone number and now the telephone kee­ps sending out warning sms. I have tried­ to uninstall the app, factory reset the phone, an­d reinstall the app and delete it again. All of above, doesn­'t work. Would you please help me?
