How to stop the relentless pop-ups?!?

It is clearly AVG's policy to prevent users from stopping these popups. My subscription ends in a few weeks, and I intend NOT TO RENEW and to report this (inability to prevent unwanted popups in a paid product) to the UK and EU Regulators.

I am a paid subscriber to the Internet Security package, I've turned on silent mode, I've unsubscribed from all marketing, yet I STILL receive a daily dose of AVG pop-ups trying to upsell. WTF?!?!?!
AVG, are you trying your best to piss your paying customers off so you force us to leave? I've done a search and found so many others that have expressed the same frustration, what sort of pathetic marketing strategy are you running here. My subscription is up for renewal next month. Guess what I won't be doing…

I have AVG IS latest version - updated yesterday to 22.1.3219 (build 22.1.6921.707)

I don't see why you can't respond here: post the instructions for the benefit of all your users! I've already turned off every visible option for such notification popups.

At some point AVG removed the ability to turn off these notifications, and repaced it with only the option to turn off their personalization. This would be the basis of my complaint to the Regulators.
