Have had AVG Tuneup running for a few months, then it played up and demanded a PASSWORD, which AVG say, you do not need. Have removed programme and reinstalled but get same results, also getting parts of AVG Security clicking off for no reason. Have followed installation procedure step by step, still get demand for PASSWORD, Repeated emails to support got no response, What the so and so is going on???.H.
Have tried no characters, tried various characters, just keeps coming up "Incorrect, use upper and lower case". H.
Regarding problem, if you are unable to find remedy of something that is not supposed to be on system, then I am certainly not allowing anyone to get into my computer. I will delete AVG Tuneup and forgo the six months subsciption still outstanding. thanks but no thanks, what a system.

Have downloaded programme once more, still unable to sign in, rquest password, gives a "Hint" = middle, maybe be it should say what a muddle, would be closer to the mark.
