How to switch off AVG Defender ( LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall problem)

Hello Sergei.
I would like to inform that this process belongs to Window firewall but not AVG.
It is safe and sometimes may consume high CPU resources.
I would request you to follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Launch Windows Defender Security Center
Click Firewall and Network protection
Click Restore firewall to default.

Dear Helpdesk,
Over the last year I've been having problems with occasional drop of the Internet connection. My systme is Windows 10. The reason is that LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall ( one of the service ) occasionally activates and takes huge ammount of CPU. I found on the web some comments that AVG Defender may be a reason. How to switch it off ? I can't find such an option it in Settings.
 Thankyou, Sergei
