I am also unhappy.  When I tried to install AVG Ultimate which I just spent $84 on today, it tells me that my e-mail address already being used.  bi609jo@netscape.com  Can I have a phone no. to call or can someone call me.  765-461-4951

I found others asking the same question - they have received answers - I'd love to read them, but I can't open them.  I can't contact you by phone - I can't e-mail you.  Your FAQ's only supply the questions - NOT the responses.  I'M VERY UNHAPPY!
