How to temporarily disable AVG protection

I see that you want to disable AVG Protection temporarily. Please Right-click the AVG icon in the system tray next to the clock. You will get an option to Turn OFF the AVG protection temporarily.

I only have the Internet Security but I need to temporarily disable the protection and can not find a button to do this Please help
