How to temporarily disable PC Tune-Up

We would like to keep you informed that AVG PC Tune Up does not conflict or interfere with the installation of your database program. AVG Antivirus programs might be interfering with the database installation. Kindly let us know if you have installed any AVG program other than 'AVG PC Tune Up'.

I need to disable PC Tune-Up while I install a database.   The database company has stated that AVG must be disabled.   That they are in talks with AVG about this but at this point AVG has to be disabled.

I can't find any place to tick to disable it.
