i get the SAME thing…AVG Free is my product…2-3 times a day is a bit much…after over 10 years of using AVG i'm about to uninstall it.

I have AVG protection product version 2016.51.7497 and product version 1.41.1.56922

Also, there appears to be something called AVG Zen?
