We are sorry that, you are unhappy with the new user interface of the AVG TuneUp program and also find it difficult to navigate. Unfortunately, we will not be able to revert to the previous version of the program. We are currently taking customer's feedback about the new interface and I will document yours's as well. Do let us know, if you have any further concern.

Following a recent update of TuneUp user interface, which i do not really like btw,
I have been invited yesterday to download TuneUp or mobile phone; which i did, thinking it would clean my mobile..
Well well well, instead of cleaning my mobile, the AVG TuneUp App has merged tens (if not hundreds or thousands) contacts infos: emails, mobile phones, landlines, etc.
To give you an example of what happened today , I've received an email from what appeared to be my insurance company ( houses, cars, etc) but wen i opened the email on my mobile, it took me a few minutes to read & understand it is an email actually coming from my lawyer!..
I've looked at the sender details (with the loo o my insurance company) and there I found out that under the ID of my insurance company, there are now mixed up 9 phone numbers (from my best friend to a former employer!?!) and 17 email addresses of different people and companies...
Could you please inorm if there is an UnDo process for this??? otherwise, I'm afarid it gonna e a nightmare to clean this up manually, if ever possible..
