Okay. In this case, we request you to reinstall MusicBee app by disaling AVG Internet Security temporarily and then add the application to AVG's exclusion.
Open AVG Internet Security interface. Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode".
Use On/Off slider to turn off the protection temporarily.
After installing Musicbee, enable AVG Internet Security by using the same slider and then follow the steps as mentioned in this article to add it to the exclusion list.
You can submit the Musicbee .exe file to us through this https://secure.avg.com/submit-sample link for analysis.
Thank you.
Hi Sara.
We'd be glad to help. If AVG detected it as a threat, it must have been moved to quarantine.

AVG popped up with a warning, and I told it to block the threat… turns out the 'threat' was MusicBee which I use all the time and now can't access. How do I go back on that block so I can listen to music again?
Sara, the link provided earlier explains on how to access AVG Quarantine and manage the files moved to it.
Are you able to see the "MusicBee" listed in the Quarantine?

Well, I feel kinda stupid asking this… but I don't see anything on that link that tells me how to work anything with the quarantine. And when going into the FAQ, where is says to go get more information is the exact same link you posted here…
I'm sorry… but the link provided sends me to a search, which does not have the relevant information.
And as stated, I have checked quarantine and MusicBee is not in there, in fact there is nothing in there.
