How to undo the PC TuneUp deletion of duplicate files?

Hello John,
We are sorry to know that. Please do not worry, you can undo the changes done by AVG PC TuneUp from "Rescue Center" option. Please open the AVG PC TuneUp and at the right hand side, you can see the option "Rescue Center", click on the same and restore all the changes done by it. And check if you are able to restore the files.
Thank you.

I extended my AVG Ultimate onto an older PC that I still depend on for backup and allowed the PC TuneUp to delete duplicate files.  This is an older machine that had a multiple boot setup so it found multiple records of system files needed to boot and run the machine.  This option is dangerous to your system since it will make many programs not work and probably will make your system unuseable (it did mine).  I see that there is an 'undo' for some TuneUp features, is it possible to undo these file deletions?
