Hello Tim, you need to e-mail AVG support (http://customer-care@avg.com (http://customer-care@avg.com" target="_blank)) and they will e-mail the instructions to you.  A word of warning though, what they don't tell you (or didn't tell me for over a week and an exchange of a dozen e-mails) is that before you start following the instructions you must RE-BOOT YOUR MACHINE IN SAFE MODE or the instructions just don't work.
