What part of "I know I can disable it from doing that but I'd really like it off my computer all together" didn't you understand?
Your customer support is as useless as your products - so useless that I was able to find an app to uninstall Secure Browser on your website and you didn't even offer that up to me. Either you didn't know about it which makes AVG employees inept or you knew about it and are trying to get me to keep it on my computer which would be completely shady. I really don't care which one it is because I got it off my computer and I won't be using AVG products anymore.
And asking for a screen shot when I quoted the whole message is asinine.
Hi Jason,
We will help you in this.
You can disable the 'Open when PC starts' option in the ⋮ Menu (three dots) ▸ Settings.
Also share us the screenshot of the error message you get when you try to uninstall the AVG Secure Browser.
I cannot uninstall AVG Secure Browser from my computer running Windows 10. When I go into Control Panel and click uninstall I get this message:
"An error occurred while trying to uninstall AVG secure browser. It may have already been uninstalled.
Would you like to remove AVG secure browser from the Programs and Features list?"
The problem is that it isn't uninstalled because it keeps popping up when I start my computer. I know I can disable it from doing that but I'd really like it off my computer all together. I tried "AVGclear.exe" but that was useless also.
If anyone can help I'd be highly appreciative, thanks in advance.
