How to unlock a locked Data Safe?

Hello Helen, sorry to know that. Unfortunately we do not have any resources to reset the password for Data safe. This has been set from your side to protect your information. There is no option to retrieve the password once it has locked out. I request you to re-install your AVG program, however you will not be able to retrieve your data. Thank you.

Please clarify how to unlock Data Safe,  created several repositories, prompt for password recovery does not help.
