How to unlock my phone if it is accidentally locked by changing sim cards and i cant re open it

You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/).
Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).

i changed my sim card and my phone got locked.i cant acces anything right now its a total mess
and i cant recall if i had put any password or not.what to do plesase let me know
