How to unlock my phone when my device remove to the control management of my account…

Good day! My phone is alcatel flash 2. I tested it  for anti-theft feature at AVG, it was ok but then it was locked. I was rattled by that incident so I accidentally deleted the device phone alcatel flash 2 to the control management of my account. I cannot access anymore to my phone. Please do help me on this matter. Thanks and God bless!
