My phone is sony xperia E 4g E2003..i forgot that i have a anti theft app and i insert my Data sim card to the phone...then the anti theft shown on my screen "this device is lost or stolen please return my device (email address removed)".please enter the unlock password".. i try all the password I’m usually using but still i can’t open it..... However the mobile data and GPS were both turned off when it was locked (and I am unable to turn either on due to the device being locked) and it seems AVG cannot locate the device either with my original sim card or without it. please help me how to fix it.

If you're having trouble with your Sony Xperia E 4G E2003 due to an anti-theft app, here are some steps you can take to address the issue:
Check for Backup Codes or Recovery Options: Sometimes anti-theft apps have backup codes or recovery options that you might have set up. Look for any documentation or emails from when you initially set up the app.
Contact the App's Support Team: Reach out to the support team of the anti-theft app. They might be able to assist you in recovering access to your device. Provide them with details about your issue and any relevant information about your account.
Visit a Service Center: If you can't recover the password, consider visiting a Sony service center. They may have tools to help you unlock your device, although this might require proof of ownership.
Factory Reset (Last Resort): If none of the above options work, a factory reset might be necessary. This will erase all data on the device, including the anti-theft app, and restore it to its original settings. Be aware that this will delete all personal data on the phone.
To perform a factory reset, follow these steps:
Turn off your phone.
Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously until you see the Sony logo.
Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Factory Reset" and confirm with the Power button.
Note: This should be your last resort if you have no other way of unlocking the device, as it will erase all data on the phone.
Update Globe SIM Registration: If you need to update or register a Globe SIM card, make sure you have the correct information ready for registration. You may need to visit a Globe store or use their online registration portal, depending on your location and the available services.
For Globe SIM registration, you typically need to:
Provide a valid ID.
Fill out the registration form.
Submit any required documents.
This should help you resolve the issue with your locked phone and ensure your Globe SIM is properly registered.
